MD, FACS, FRCSC
Dr. Francis C.H. Law
Dr. Francis Law is the founder of Focus Health Group and has been practicing in Vancouver & Richmond for over 30 years.
He received his MD (1986) and completed residency training (1991) in ophthalmology at UBC. Over decades of experience, he has established himself as one of the premier cataract and complex anterior segment surgeons in the Lower Mainland and British Columbia. He has taught these surgical skills to countless ophthalmologists over the years, both locally and internationally.
He currently operates at both Vancouver General Hospital Eye Care Centre and Cambie Surgery Centre.
Dr. Geoffrey Law
MD, FRCSC
Dr. Geoffrey Law is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Toronto, and returned to his hometown of Vancouver to complete his MD (2016) and Ophthalmology Residency (2021) at UBC. He then went on to complete an Oculoplastics Fellowship with Dr. Peter Dolman.
Dr. Law currently holds surgical privileges at Cambie Surgery Centre & Vancouver General Hospital Eye Care Centre, the largest quaternary care hospital in British Columbia. He is a Clinical Instructor for medical students and residents at UBC.
Dr. Law speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. His surgical interests include premium cataract surgery and refractive lens exchange.

Dr. Michael Berman
Dr. Michael Berman is a board certified ophthalmologist specialiizing in cataracts and oculoplastics. With over 30 years of experience serving patients in the Lower Mainland, he provides comprehensive care for a wide range of eye conditions, including cataract evaluation, eyelid disorders, and other ocular concerns.
Known for his thoughtful approach and clear communication, he is committed to helping patients achieve the best possible visual outcomes in a supportive and professional environment.
