COVID-19 Clinic Protocols
I have confirmed an appointment at your clinic - what do I need to know?
Prior to check in, you will be asked to sanitize your hands, screened for symptoms of COVID-19 and given a mask to wear throughout your visit.

My appointment is scheduled but I am not feeling well. Should I still see the doctor?
If you are symptomatic or feeling unwell, please do not come to the clinic. Phone us ahead of time and we will kindly reschedule your appointment to the earliest available time after you have fully recovered.
If you have any questions about your specific situation, please contact your primary health care provider directly for more information.

Can someone accompany me to my appointment?
Our goal at Focus Health Group is to ensure healthcare is accessible, responsive and equitable. Patients are allowed to be accompanied by one other person if desired, provided both of you are free of any COVID-19 symptoms.

How can I protect myself against COVID-19?
The virus is spread mainly from person to person, either through close contact and/or through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
-
Stay home when sick
-
Maintain social distancing

Practice proper cough and sneeze etiquette
-
Do not touch your face
-
Clean your hands before eating and drinking
-
Clean frequently touched objects and surfaces
When you become eligible, get the COVID-19 vaccine to protect yourself, your loved ones and your community.
